It's been a while since I've blogged. My wireless is crap at home and everybody wants to use my laptop when I am home because all we have is wireless so I can't get on it at all. Good thing I track all my foods at work, but I try not to be on the computer all like that at work, so I'm just like what am I suppose to do. Let's see my last blog was on 04/22/09....Let's see what had happened. My eating is okay...every once in a while I have a splurge, I learned that Dairy Queens Chocolate Covered Strawberry Sundae in a waffle bowl is 800 calories...I will not be getting that again. I did do alot of eating out on Saturday but I was conscienious but going to the club and drinking 1 sex on the beach and a shot that is the color blue didn't help matters much either. Sunday we went to Golden Corral which I did pretty good on...started my meals with a big salad as always and I did have some of there ice cream (which isn't even real ice cream it is ice milk). Then on Sunday Kisha and I went to a different park with the children and we walked for an hour. I like this park because it has hills...it is a true walking trail. Monday, we had hamburger and fries for dinner, I cooked....the fries were Checker Fries and you know a serving is 22 fries....I didn't think it was going to be alot, but it was. I'm learning about my body and how soon I get hungry. My body is like clockwork, it is hungry every 2 hours and if I don't eat within those 2 hours then I am starving and that is when eating anything and everything kicks in. Its hard, I was listening to Jillian Micheals on my MP3 player and she was talking about how your body oxidizes the food and if you are hungry all the time you are a fast oxidizer...well that is what I am. So now I am researching on what foods will keep my full so I am not constantly hungry. Its hard because I know I won't have the money to buy whatever it is to keep me full. But I am learning, I will keep you posted on that. So I gained 2 pounds this week, you can probably tell because of the Diary Queen ice cream I had on Saturday....I told Kisha I won't be splurging like that for a while. I told her that I will splurge every once in a while but I can't go all out crazy. The plan today is to stay within calorie...I'm about to eat this apple even though I already ate my breakfast oatmeal and 4 hard boil eggs (whites only). I may start incorporating a protein shake with my breakfast so I can fill ultra full. But anyways Kisha and I are going to walk today and I want to go to the other park, I want to try to incorporate a light jog with the walking...alternating. Well I have to go...time to do some work. Holla
