Well, though alot of times I do not want to exercise - I have realized how much better I feel after doing it. It has been I think 3 weeks since I've really started to get serious about it - - well, I've been doing Turbo Jam for 20 minutes - tonight I HAD to fight myself to do any - -and I did a different DVD and did 45 minutes - -45 minutes - double what I've been doing.
Hopefully I can keep it up - -I want to get to 60 minutes 5-6 times a week. That should melt away some of this weight!
