My counselor has me keeping up with a bunch of different stuff in a notebook. Then I added a few things to it. I'm wondering if I didn't bite off more than I could chew. For her, I'm keeping up with what I hafta do during the day, a mini journal, and if I have any emotional outbursts. Then I added the love dares from the movie FIREPROOF (I kinda wish Kev would do them, too...just to see how he would take each task but I know that's wishful thinking), and I have also attempted to quit smoking. I have also began to read my bible and listening to KLove.com again. I am back to trying to lose wieght again, too.
So far, I have been able to keep up with her suggestions for almost a month. My added activities, I'm on Day 9 of the Love Dares and Day 8 of my attempt to quit smoking. So, I'm trying to change my life around, but it's a slow, hard process with many slips and falls along the way. It's frustrating. I'm trying hard to succeed. Wish me luck.
