C25k Week 2 and other random updates

I ran Day 1 of week 2 yesterday in 90 degree weather and I felt amazing!!!! I really did not believe I was going to finish all of the intervals when I began my walk to the trail but I did! I pushed myself and kept reminding myself there was a gorgeous pool to jump in to as soon as I finished and got home!

Then intervals did feel longer but, I suppose that means it's working! I'm not sore today and tomorrow is suppose to be much cooler so, I'm looking forward to that!

I weighed myself over the weekend and I've lost 3 pounds. I have a doctor visit on Thursday so, Thursday will be my weigh in day this week.
