Boy went on treadmill yesterday for 65 mins and i say.. WOW!!!! It works awesome and i felt so good.. had so much engery i did all the yard work.. was outside for 3 hours mowing and triming and sweeping..(even thou with wind today it looks worse..lol) I Just say what a difference a good work out does! It makes you feel so good and bike rding and going on treadmill are the only thing i really feel that gives me that work out.. so if you want to feel geat and beat cravings and stress..do bike riding or go on treadmill or anything that really gets your heart racing.. you will feel much better after!
