2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
1/2 cup Honey
1/4 cup Light Tasting Oil
1/2 cup Nuts
1/2 cup dried fruit of choice
Preheat Oven 350. Mix Oats, Honey, Oil, and Nuts in a mixing bowl. Pour into a roasting pan.
Bake 20 min stirring every 5 to 10 min. Watch it! It can go from almost done to burnt FAST.
When it is a golden brown remove and place back in a clean mixing bowl. Add Fruit and ENJOY!
I love this granola a little to much. I sell this granola and my bread where we live to pay for my daughter to go to a christian school. People love it and order a lot of it! Be careful it is loaded with calories and will pack on the pounds if you over indulge. A 1/2 cup serving is all you need.
