Okay, so I am on week 2 of eating better and week 5 of exercising. Think I'm finally starting to get somewhere. When I started to exercise my weight went up to 178lbs, that was a little discouraging but I was not going to quit. Last week I started on my better eating. Lots of veggies (with dinner and some snacks), some yogurt & fruit for breakfast and fruit snacks. I've tried to stick with lean and less meat. Yesterday I weighted 173lbs. So I really think that adding the better eating part has started to help. Can't wait to keep it up and see where it takes me!!!
