I really need to count calories on the weekend! I ended my weekend at 167, so 3 pounds lost for the week. Excellent, but mad that i coulkdn't keep off the 5. I didn't drink much water, tho, and my eating was not great, but not terrible. Some activity but no real exercise, and drinks on Saturday night. Hopefully not a trend. 2 glasses of water down, and a 30 minute WAVE abs DVD. Off for a walk now, the weather is great!
