I think it was sometime early in March I overheard some woman on a talk show say -"your body weight times 15 is the calories you need to sustain your weight." At the time I didn't think about it, but pretty soon, I got out my calculator. Ok 288x15=4320!!! WHAT??? I am not even close to eating that many calories! (I thought) But guess what, I didn't change anything or skip anything, I just started writing everything down that went in my mouth. Holy CRAP the first day was almost 4000! The second day, which was March 24, was pretty close too! I put what I ate that day, as an example on April 20th. I didn't know how to change the date back to March. But ever since I started writing it down, it is very hard to go over 2000 a day. In the last month I may have gone over 2000 three times. That seems to be the magic number right now, because any more than that I know I'm just putting the fat back on.
