Another New Scale

Sunday, April 26, 2009

emoticonThe new scale we purchased last August has problems. I could weigh myself 3 times in 5 minutes and get three different answers. I was pretty sure that my correct weight was in there somewhere, but I would have to take what I believed to be the correct one. Gee, this sounds very familiar. Isnít that why we replaced the last one? emoticon

My husband decided it was time for another new scale. I am sure he was tired of hearing about my frustration. This weekend we bought the least expensive digital scale that Wal Mart had, no bells or whistles. It is a different brand than either of the ones we replaced. We will see if this one will be consistent. emoticon

I purchased the $18 Health O Meter basic scale. Actually, it weighs me at about 1 pound less than my other one. The scale I just replaced added about 5.5 lbs. to my weight from my previous one. emoticon It really messes up your numbers and can be very vexing. emoticon

Which one did you get? I bought a $20 one from Wal-Mart a few months ago (and had to up my weight on SP tracker). Its a bit frustrating to have to guess, thats why i replaced my last one too. emoticon

Hopefully this one will be consistent for you!
