Busy busy busy

I have been so busy lately. Busy at work (which is normal) and busy at home. Lotsa of family stuff that required me to take leave to settle. I also tidied up some parts of my flat. More to go but I am satisfied with what I have done already. Having a clean home makes everyone feel more at ease and refreshed.

The whole week I have been eating 2000 to 2500 calories for most of the days. Not exercising enuff as I felt tired and sick the whole week. Of course, there were times that I felt lazy. emoticon Ever since I started lunching out during office hours, I have been gaining weight like nobody's business. This is so depressing. I suddenly fell in love with rice and it reads carbo. Lotsa carbo. I thought that economic rice could be quite healthy cos it comprises of carbo, protein and vegetables. But alas, I read in a health article recently that it is not the best choice of food as it is high in calorie. Since I eat alot and frequently, I really cldnt afford to eat so much calories in a single meal. Next week I will try harder. Its abit disappointing at times cos I always start with a strong determination. But as the day goes by, it just wither. . . . . . And week by week, I just see my weight go up. emoticon

    You might want to consider reducing the number of calories you are eating? I only eat 1500 - 1650 a day. I'm losing about 1 kg a week. I find that I'm full all the time. When i get hungry in between meals I eat yoghurt which fills me up! all the best.. ;-)

    as long as you know that you have to cut down on the calories :) you'll think about it more and be more careful next time. no sweat babes! cause at least you know now :) keep it up! you can do it!!!

    Everyone goes through cycles. What's important is to acknowledge it (which you did here) and then start watching again asap.
