I have been so busy lately. Busy at work (which is normal) and busy at home. Lotsa of family stuff that required me to take leave to settle. I also tidied up some parts of my flat. More to go but I am satisfied with what I have done already. Having a clean home makes everyone feel more at ease and refreshed.
The whole week I have been eating 2000 to 2500 calories for most of the days. Not exercising enuff as I felt tired and sick the whole week. Of course, there were times that I felt lazy.
Ever since I started lunching out during office hours, I have been gaining weight like nobody's business. This is so depressing. I suddenly fell in love with rice and it reads carbo. Lotsa carbo. I thought that economic rice could be quite healthy cos it comprises of carbo, protein and vegetables. But alas, I read in a health article recently that it is not the best choice of food as it is high in calorie. Since I eat alot and frequently, I really cldnt afford to eat so much calories in a single meal. Next week I will try harder. Its abit disappointing at times cos I always start with a strong determination. But as the day goes by, it just wither. . . . . . And week by week, I just see my weight go up.
