So I am now going to start posting my BMR, calories, and exercises here so I can be accountable for a calorie deficit. Feel free to give feedback or kick my butt when needed! I would like to shoot for a goal of 7000 a week but for now I would like to shoot for 3500 a week. That is a 1 pd loss.
