What the heck is up with these past few days?? I'm going to have to go back and study my food entries for the past week. I was doing great on calories! There were days when I couldn't even meet 1200 calories! Ohhhh, but now, now I am all the way up to almost 1550?????????
Calories, you evil two-faced no-friend of mine, why do you mock me? Why can I eat all of the crap(raw vegetables) that I want and yet I have to search and pay high dollar for the really good stuff (lays light potato chips)???? Why can't I not be hungry? For days I have been so smug and unhungry and full and under calories! Now, I am really struggling with the food.
I think that tommorrow I am 1) not going to eat as many carbs
2) not eat any crap snacks even if they are low fat and
3) I will eat all fresh fruit and vegetables!!!
Let me try this for a few days and see if that curbs my cravings. PLus I'll have to work out xtra tommorrow which stinks b/c I was only going to walk to give my muscles a day off:(
