My Trip and My New Goal

I went away on a work trip and I felt that I did fairly well in terms of sticking to healthy choices. I also went for a run one of the days and given that this was a very busy work/pleasure trip I was happy with that.

I also picked up some goodies for myself:
8lbs and 10lbs weights to use at home.
New pair of pants only $30 - a nice motivator.
Socks and a pretty scarf - yay.
Cute undies - something about new undies always makes the day better.

I have another trip planned - purely pleasure though this might make it more busy with family and wedding plans. The plan is to "go home" May 14-18th. I would like to lose 5lbs by then which is exactly 3 weeks away. I also have to run another 11km before the week is up to meet my monthly goal of 35km.
