The first minute of excercise is the hardest

I've realized that the first minute of excercise is the hardest for me. I've realized that if I can just get started on a walk, then I love it! But going - ugh, that's the hard part. And forget weights! I know I should build muscle mass, but I really don't want to.

I need something to get me out of this slump that I'm in. I've been wearing a pedometer lately (thanks MTU!) and maybe that'll kick start something. Maybe I'll put my tennies on right now, walk on over to the Admin building and get my water bottle (Yay Husky Paw program)!

    I feel the same way abt strength training...I know I should be doing it but when I look over at that area in the gym, I just zone out...now I have done it a few times, but I just can't get consistent with it!!!

Maybe it's all the cute hot men over there that intimidates me....but I doubt that..I feel the same on the weekends when I go and there is no one over there!!!!

Oh well...the struggle continues right??

We'll get out of the slump...
