My Biggest Fitness Accomplishment Thus Far....

I have had many fitness accomplishments since the first of the year. I can exercise without my heart rate skyrocketing in the first five minutes. I can make it through an entire 45 minute step video without being winded. I can climb the steps and not be winded. I can chase my kids, even run with my daughter during our walks. I also see my arms more defined and my clothes falling off me...

But the biggest accomplishment is recognizing all the little accomplishments and making exercise enjoyable and a part of my every day life. I find it to be a mood lifter, a stress reliever and time to myself.
