MY BIGGEST FITNESS ACCOMPLISHMENTS

In my case, my husband just recently joined my gym, in an effort to get his health together, and loose some weight in the process. Since he joined, he has gone full speed ahead and I'm right there with him. Before joining, he use to say to me, you've been at the gym all that time, (which was about 1 1/2 hour). He didn't understand that's not a whole lot of time to spend at the gym.
Now he's 6-7 days a week, we spend between 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 hours exercising each day.
I'm doing the elipital for at least 30 minutes. Before I usually had a hard time doing just 10 minutes. I do two sessions on the treadmill. One on random and the other on manual. On manual I have my level up to 12. Before I had a hard time at 2. I rotate using the weight machines every three days. I also do water aerobics, and you know I can't leave without the using the saunas.
I look forward to going to the gym with my husband everyday. We spend quality time together, while getting our health and bodies together. It's a win/win situation.
I know some people say I'm doing too much exercising, but my body isn't hurting, I feel good while doing it, and I feel great after I'm through. We're both trying to get our teenage figure back.
