I am probably typing this because its 4:30am and I got crap for sleep yesterday and I've been at work all nigh. I am so tired and faint feeling. I don't know what the heck is going on. Is it calorie related, iron related, or just plain sleep deprivation. I dunno. What I do know is that if I am not getting the sleep my body needs, it will be that much harder to lose weight. ugh
