hello all it has been awhile since I have been on although I have been watching what i eat I really have not lost anything but have not gained either so that is a good thing I guess but now it is time to get more focused on losing weight the doctor has started me on a new blood pressure pill he said the old one was not working and was not strong enough and I know my weight is one reason that my blood pressure is so high and also my daughter is now 6 months pregnant and she is having a little girl her name will be jaiessa nicole and next july my husband will be celebrating 25 yrs married and he has asked me to renew m vows with him we had such a small wedding when we first got married that now he wants to have a big wedding m mom never let me forget what a small wedding we had my reception was in my husbands moms back yard but i didn't vare about how big or where i believe that you dont need a huge wedding to show how much you love someone you show them by what you feel in your heart and that is something you cant put a price tag on because you just cant buy real love well everyoneit is good to be back life is still a little bit busy but i will be working hard at losing weight and becoming a healthier person emoticon

    emoticon back! Sounds like you are doing good, just keep on taking those steps. That is so sweet about your hubby and you renewing vows. I agree with you, it's not how big the ceremony but how deep the commitment. My hubby and I will be married 22 years this year. We didn't have much back then, and had a very small church wedding with a get-together at my parents afterwards. Didn't matter then, doesn't matter now - its the love that counts. Got my wedding band at Target! Those things are not what you keeps you together. Glad to hear you are continuing your health and fitness journey. Have a wonderful week!
