OK - my goal this week is to get back on this plan

I have been a slacker...don't know why for 5 months I just have not been able to get my mindset back on Sparkpeople...so I brought food for breakfasts and lunches to work today for the week...brought a beautiful apple for a snack...I'm planning on eating a lighter dinner with a snack later as well.
I'm feeling like, if I can get organized, plan ahead, and bring food to work I can get back on top of this.
I know I've gained about 23 pounds...so my goal is to get that off during the next 6 weeks...and then continue moving in the right direction again.
