Just an update ...

I've stayed on track ... my eating has been 100% great low carb choices, including lots of veggies every day. My weight loss hasn't been super swift - about 6 pounds in 2 weeks - but I'm happy to feel so much more in control of my eating.

    6 pounds in 2 weeks is a good thing. That's 3 pounds/week which in my book is pretty swift. Keep up the good work.
