I love weekends relaxing, just hanging out at the house. What I HATE about the weekends is how two little days can undo a week's worth of hard work at the gym and eating right. The well meaning friend that makes you favorite treat......."because you've been working so hard" and the spouse that tells you how wonderful the ice cream is REALLY it's GREAT!

Well folks this weekend is going to be different! I WILL eat right even if it is a Saturday and I will find a few minutes to exercise.

    I was GOOD this weekend! Except for the nachos at the art fair... But I worked my hamstrings off other than that. And I STILL gained 2 pounds. Weekends. Suck.

    OMG!! The weekends are the WORST. I always have every intention to exercise and then don't. Usually my caloric intake is worse also because I have easier access to the fridge. What can we do to fix this? Well, I was feeling lazy today and MADE myself get up and walk for an hour. I also logged my food for the day and was going to eat something for supper, but it would make me over my range, so opted for something else. I guess little steps, huh?
