This is Stage 1 of the Spark Program.

Friday, April 17, 2009

A few people seemed surprised at "MY" idea of hanging smaller clothes on the closet door. So, I decided to post this (I used this in my Class Team) about Stage 1 of the Spark Program. Maybe some of you still haven't gone through the stages. I'm here to show you that they really do work! The only thing I didn't do was the Motivational Collage.

Ok, just in case you have missed any of your emails from SparkPeople, I am going to repeat the links for the different pages. These are all from Stage 1 of the Spark Program.
