Yesterday at weigh in I hadn't lost anything, however I hadn't gained either. I sat down and thought about the last week - over Easter, admittedly but I decided that I hadn't eaten wrongly. I cooked a Roast Pork leg joint, cooking it on a rack to drain the fat, and then was very careful I only ate the lean meat. I cooked roast veg with it - I dry roasted the veg. (ie - only lightly sprayed with oil.) so no problem there and we had no chocolate in the house!!
However my body isn't used to loosing weight and I have lost reasonably well over the last few weeks - so I decided that it was an adjustment period - and provided I keep checking portion sizes and exercising the weight will start to come off again when my body is ready.
