There are a dozen different reasons that I havenít started an exercise routine. Reasons? Yes, some, but I will admit that others are excuses.
★ This year has been busier than most.
★ My schedule is very erratic
★ The weather hasnít cooperated.
★ Company is limited. (my dog)
★ Gyms cost money I donít have.
★ Indoor exercise is forced.
★ My energy is gone.
★ It is WORK!!! (Work is defined as effort put forth because one needs to, not because one enjoys it.)
The bottom line is: ďI donít want to.Ē What I start now, I need to continue life long. That is heavy. For this to be sustainable, it needs to be enjoyable. Right? I am still trying to find a way to make planned exercise enjoyable. I have read much on this topic, but have not hit on a long lasting solution.
