Long time member, first time blogger!

I have been a member since 2006, though I have never created a spark page or entered a blog. I also have been sporadic in tracking my nutrition and fitness. I just forget to log in and log everything everyday. I wish there was a little pop-up reminder when I open my computer! This time around I really want to stay on track. I love to motivate others and help them meet there goals. I am a nutrition and exercise science educated individual so feel free to ask questions, the more I practice what I know the easier it is for me to keep track of myself.

    Girl am I glad I found you.....motivate away!!! I am half way to my goal. I have lost 40 and have 40 HARD pounds left;0) I have joined a gym(2 weeks ago) so hopefully I will meet my goal.
