Taking it one day at a time

I continue to be very motivated. I am exercising every day. I am so scared to miss a workout.. I am afraid I will stop if I miss. I notice I have more energy. I however was so tired when I worked out this morning. We are going out of town this week but I made sure we had a hotel with gym equipment. I am on the eliptical every day for 30 minutes with the incline at 100%... Its a hard workout for me but it will pay off..
