4/15/09 - Optimism Darn It!

Okay. I need to have some optimism. My last several blogs have been rough. I need to focus on the good lately!

So, positive: I stayed in all four ranges today (cal, carb, fat, protein)! Awesome!!

I need to keep up the postiive even though this week is surely a challenge.

I can do it!

    Hey just want to give u some encouragement.. I've been on the site 6 weeks and lost about 10 lbs. MOstly just by staying in range and doing SOMETHING for 30 minutes a day. I found out yesterday that my FAt bathing suit was too big and I could get into one I hadn't worn since b4 my 3rd child... Those are the milestones!! Not the scale! Do you feel better? Do you sleep better? What about energy? Anytime I get down I think about those things. 6 weeks ago I could barely walk to the mail box cause I was SOOOOO TIRED and now I can do so much more... I bet ur journey has show you some acheivements too.... Just look.. They're there emoticon
