Ups and Downs are Part of LIFE!

I am so tired of dealing with health issues. In January I dealt with Diverticulitis which set me back and made me unable to work out for 2 weeks. Then I was doing great for a couple of weeks and then I was rear ended while stopped at a stop light. I have been dealing with back injuries since then. THEN, I got a major sinus / ear infections and was running a fever for 2 weeks. Finally, this weekend I dealt with heart palpitations and went into an anxiety attack because of it and ended up in the ER.
SOOOOOO, NOW I am TIRED of all these setbacks. Today I was in the pool and did a great workout, then was on to the chiropractor to deal with the car accident injuries. Just taking things one day and step at a time.
I am still fighting all the other stresses of raising BiPolar, Anxious, Depressed, Autistic, ADHD children. It has been such a wild time of instability with them lately too... SOOOO, on to do my best to manage all the challenges.
EXERCISE is my key to managing the stresses and anxiety. I cannot do it without my workouts.
