Week Three -- Goodbye 150's!

I survived the yoga challenge! I have a few favorites and will try to continue to do them when I am stressed. I was totally annoyed when this challenge was posted, but decided to do my best. I would not want to do them in front of someone who knows even a little about yoga, but I did them to the best of my ability.

What I am most excited about this week is being DONE with my 150's. I weighed in on Friday at 149.2!!! I did pop up over the weekend, but I knew it was water gain, and I am back at 149. My personal goal is to be at 148 by the end of the month; and to lose 3 pounds next month getting me to 145. I have been setting 5 pounds a month challenges for myself and that has seemed to work well. I may decide to lose another 5 after Jeff leaves for Baylor in August...we'll see.
