I WILL reach 150 this year. I guarantee it. I think I can lose a lot more during the summer when I don't have school. I plan on getting a nurse tech job over the summer, but I won't be working full time - most of the positions are on call. So I should be able to work out a ton and drink a lot more (that has been difficult to do when I am constantly on the go....get enough water). I am now convinced that water makes a big difference in my energy level and my mood and my satiety level.
Anyway, back on subject. I am determined that I will get 150 this year. 150 by the beginning of my second year of school. In order to do that I will exercise 3-5 days a week while in school and 5-6 days a week while on break. I will strive to get 8 glasses of water, and I will try to maintain 1300-1600 calories a day. While I am in school I will not track my food but I may want to consider tracking my food this summer, to get myself back on track. I have a feeling that when I am watching it closer I will lose faster.
