This is my first week on sparks. Love it, the motivation of others sparks pages really help. Love to see pictures and progression. Whenever i want to devour the fridge i take 5 Min's and read someone's page. Then i don't shovel everything in sight. I've started exercising a little. It really makes your body feel better. On eating healthy- even though the junk foods are around, my taste buds are starting to adjust to healthy options so far so good. My emotions feeling good about the changes around me. Started making effort to feed my family healthy options. My babies (hubby and son) started eating fruits and veggie when they saw me. That made me feel good. Well its 4 lbs down :) it was hard to get started but it seems ok now. Let's see
