Very First Weigh-In

Last week I didn't do my weigh-in because I'm a big klutz and fell down causing me to tear a ligament in my shoulder. I couldn't really exercise to much, so I decided to skip it until my arm started feeling better. So today was my very first weight-in! And I am down 3 pounds! I was starting to feel a little lazy today until I weighed myself and saw that I lost 3 pounds. It really gets me motivated when I start seeing little results.

Yay! for losing some pounds! emoticon

    emoticon Seeing the #s drop on the scale is a huge motivator. My other favorite motivators are feeling the change in my clothes and exercising when I don't want to. I always feel great experiencing any of these things. Good for you!
