In the past few months, I have gained a few kgs. Depressing that weight gain can happen so fast when I spent a whole year losing it. The same amount of calorie is easy to eat, but hard to expend. Recently, I have been tracking religiously and doing stock take of the input and output. The mystery of weight gain/loss suddenly became a science. It all adds up. Its so interesting. By being aware and jotting down the food intake, it explains the situation.
The whole week I have been eating alot. Not exercising enuff as I was sick for a number of days. When the fat accumulate, the immune system weakens. Its really in my interest to lose weight. Today is a good day. Ate within calorie range and exercised. The same SP cardio video feels so different between when I first started and now. Now it seems that it is more managable and I dont keep looking at the timing bar and wonder why is it sooooo slow.
