OK....Today was the start of my new program. Cool Running: The Couch-to-5K Running Plan: Week 1 Workout 1
I have changed Couch to Bar Stool...as I feel I'm not at couch level (ha...)
My Time: 2 Miles in 24 min & 25 sec!
I am a happy camper....In all honesty, I have been walking for years so the lungs held up pretty well....the legs were a little shaky, but all in all (except for missing about 15 out of 60 sec for 2 uphill portions), I am pleased.
Glad this Speed Walk/Run workout is the same for two weeks....
