MY Update

Friday, April 10, 2009

Well I have been with Sparks for 2 yrs now. Wow where does the time go?

What I have learnt is that there are so many people just like me struggling to get a hold of this little thing called weight problem. I have met some very nice people here that are willing to cheer you on when your doing well and cheer you up when your not.

I have lost 47lbs on my lowest weigh in and have gained back 10lbs of that on my highest weigh in.

I am proud to say I have gone through some emotional problems that last couple of years and haven't managed to put every bit back on. Right now I am getting back to it. I have joined curves, and enjoying it and getting a good work out. Imagine me on a workout program..go figure.

I want to thank my family who has been a great source of motivation. For noticing how I am changing and who has stood by me always.
I want to thank those friends of mine I have met here who are always here for you even when your not. For those who check up on your when your gone awol for a bit. For those who say just what you need to hear that day!!

I want to thank my email friend who hasn't given up on me even when I don't emal every day.

I want to thank my friends who have noticed the change in me and have don't know how good that feels.

I want to thank my inner self for not giving up, even when times seem useless.

I have learn t so much from this site and the people who are on it. Thanks you all!!

I couldn't of done it without either of you emoticon
