So. It's been a week. It's been some kind of a week. I can't remember what happened on Monday or Tuesday, including what I ate. I've been sitting here trying to plug stuff into my nutrition tracker, and I am totally blank on Monday and Tuesday.
Add to this that I am way, way, way behind on my exercise. So far behind that I'm afraid I won't be able to keep up. And there's no guarantee I'll be able to get any in tomorrow, or this weekend.
Uh, yeah. Keep on keepin' on.
