Morning workouts

Today is the second time I have worked out at 4:30 am. Its amazing what you can do with one bloodshot eye open emoticon It is going to take some getting used to but hey, no pain no gain right? The good news is that since my day starts earlier, I have a better chance of achieving my calorie and carb intake goals! There is always a positive side, just gotta know where to look! emoticon So far I have gained 8 lbs in three weeks so I am getting closer to my goal! emoticon

    I didn't wake up quite so early....I ran at 6 a.m. this morning which is early for me! It just gets you ready for the whole day. Good Job! emoticon
