I havent had the nerve to weigh myself lately, but Im pretty sure I gained back everything I had lost. I tried keeping some of my good habits like cooking with turkey instead of hamburger, and drinking diet pop instead of Mountain Dew. In the end those small things dont make a differance without the complete commitment. Pleasing my family with my new healthier menu was immpossible. So why bother working out without the healthy food to keep me going. Pictures I used to think I looked huge in make me think "I wish I looked like that now." So, my hubby and I made a pact that he would quit smoking and I would go back on my healthy lifestyle track. With him fighting nicotine cravings, i'll be motivated to go on nice loooong walks. I hope to be logging in daily again right after Easter.
