I do not like non "routine" days... I didn't go to work today, so I didn't have my standard 32oz of water in the morning and 32 in the afternoon... no noon time workout and the temptations are great with the fridge within 50 feet at any given time...
HOWEVER! I did well... took the dogs to the vet this morning, went to the doctor myself this afternoon and had the house appraised to be refinanced.
I did my strength training, but I'm having difficulties finding the motivation for the cardio side of things. The bike trainer sits right in front of me... and all I would ahve to do is move from the recliner to the bike, but I feel completely wiped right now.
I discussed that with the doctor today. She said to try melatonin to reset my circadian rhythmns (sleep and wake cycles). I bought some at the local pharmacy. We'll see how that goes. Hopefully, I can get some sleep tonight!
