I have scheduled my Workouts & walks. THat doesn't usually guarantee that I DO them- but this time, I feel motivated. I walked for 40 minutes on Monday & yesterday did my Jazzercise class & strength training. On top of that, I spent about 45 minutes raking the yard! I was exhausted! But happy
I hope I can keep it up! I Really want to get rid of this excess weight!
