I'm 51 years of age and have been working out since I was 17. It has been such a part of my life, that when I don't work out I FEEL GUILTY. I also get a feeling that something is just NOT right. I just feel so much better when I exercise, it helps with staying on TOP of things.
Recently while on vacation, I didn't workout for a week and it felt like I had been gone from it for weeks. For me, it's like brushing/flossing your teeth, It's a daily ritual and it helps me in so many ways.
