Yesterday I was over doing too much excersize.. morning I went over to jog for 2 hours alone running almost 5miles. After finished running, then take a short break and took some tiny food. Afternoon my friend called me up to play tennis, then I went it for a short play.. but due to addict of playing tennis.. it tooks almost 3 hours time.
At night, I jumped into the pool to swim for another 2hours.. then almost fainted.. and my muscles are cramped. Yikes... May be I was overstressed my body to the limit. I need rest....
Today feeling better but my whole body was totally "destroyed". Take a break. No jogging, no swimming for today, just rest.
