Yesterday was my first day back on the treadmill along with first strength training session...weathered it nicely, felt good to be getting back in the swing of things. So today I nailed a little over 1,000 cals. in 60 mins. on the 'mill...woo hoo!
Tomorrow I return to work...and it looks like things are going to be pretty stressful with the loss of two colleagues recently departed. I'll have to really hustle to get through these next few weeks until taking a week off to attend the conference in San Diego! That also means I'll have to curtail my heavier involvement with SparkPeople that I've enjoyed over the past two weeks...drat!
It also means I'm going to have to get serious about SLEEP and pushing myself into bed at a decent hour. I know I'm going to feel it mightily if I don't!
I'm looking forward to doing more biking...the weather on Easter Sunday is looking bikeable...lol, what better way to spend a holiday...? :-)
