And to make matters worse......

Tuesday, April 07, 2009

It's bad enough that I am not making any headway losing the ground is covered in snow again and it is still snowing........another dreary Easter. I think I am going to just take a break from everything and enjoy life for a while. No more treadmill, no more dieting, no more tracking foods, no more message boards, no more striving to do the impossible. I think I just have to be comfortable where I am because it is obvious I cannot get any lighter or smaller. So bring on the M & M's...I'm ready for chocolate without limits!

Martha, Martha, what can I say, I think that we need some good weather so we can go out to play! hehe, think of the snow as a cleaning process for the earth, there are spots of dirt around and the snow falls, then melts and that washes away the dirt. If you allow yourself to take a few steps back and look again at all you have done this past year, the numbers of the scale are just a little part. Think of the other changes in your life, I know that your stronger, and healthier. You also are a encourager to all you meet here at spark. I love having you on my swat team, know that your there faithful to the team means so much to Julie and I. If you truly need a break, take the Easter weekend and enjoy yourself, eat whatever you like even the M&M's but I do know this much, once you get all the junk in your system, you will realize just how far you've come. I love ya and need you in my life here at spark!!! I'm here for ya!!! Deb

Ok, now that you've got that out of your system, take a break, if you must, but set a start again date. Like Monday! By then your body should be rebelling against chocolate!

See you soon!
