With Spark I started with small exercise goals. Initially my goal was to exercise 2 x per week. Once I was able to accomplish that I changed my goal to 3 days/ week. Soon after 3 days became a regular part of my routine and I changed my goal to 4 days/wk.....my current routine is exercise 6 days per week. I truly can't believe it myself since I really never enjoyed exercise. Now without it I feel lousy and miss it terribly. My "day off" is never the same since I need variety. I alternate strength and cardio, lately with a little more emphasis on strength. Since I am now pretty much at my goal weight I'm really concentrating on tightening and toning. The more the read on Spark it seems everyone evolves into this pattern where its not about weight so much as it is about the "fitness" now. My favorites are Turbo Jam, Jari Love and recently I've been alternating strength with the Shred series. In addition to the cardio and strength I enjoy running. Another thing I can't believe about myself. In a couple of days I will embark on my 1 year Spark Anniversary and for those that think it cannot be done-forget it! All things are possible.
