I've reached my 145 increment goal and had my homemade potato chips with melted blue cheese. Yum. I'm working out 5-6 times a week at the gym with my husband. Thirty minute increments. Still low-carbing and getting lots of compliments from friends. My next goal is 140 and then I think I'll have some pasta. It's interesting, I really don't miss the carbs. How is everyone else doing?
