I don't know what is going on with me but yesterday and today I'm just hungry! I eat normally and I am drinking water, but I have this feeling in my stomach where I want more. My stomach was even growling before lunch.
Also another thing to think about is make sure you are eating all your calories within your range. Eating more frequently 6 small portions. If you are still hungry Eat a salad with some FF dressing to help with hunger. Good luck. Hugs! 3267 days ago
Are you working out more? Because i have found that after I have a great workout I am usually more hungry. Try to space out your meals and snacks so that you are eating every 2/1/2 to 3 hrs. And drink water in between that might help. Gail 3267 days ago
Are you exercising a lot more than normal? That is when i am really hungry.. or maybe it really isn't hunger, maybe it is boredom? Good luck getting it under control... are you sleeping okay? hormones ok? Things to think about.. take care... Sondra 3267 days ago
