This is the final week of our biggest loser competition at work and I'm trying really hard to make it a big finish. I've reached my goal weight of 132, but I am trying to lose 2 more lbs for the competition. I've been pretty strict about my diet while doing the competition and it's caused me to binge a few times on sweets. I'm really looking forward to a few "bad" foods this weekend after the competition, but on Monday I will get back to eating healthy again. I think what will work well for me is to eat around 1800 calories most days, but allow myself one or two days a week of "cheats" when I eat about 200-300 calories more. I think not being quite so strict will keep me from feeling deprived and binging.
