Yerterday I have decided to took a very light meal for my breakfast instead of burgers, chess cake and others high calories food. I have make up my mind to consume low fat food like vegetables, eggs without egg york and so on.
I need to reach my goal like reduce another 20kg in 6 months time. Wish my luck. After I took my breakfast, reached over the PC to watch house online
with my husband. This is one of the famous tv show I have been catching so far.
